Collaborative Law

Collaborative Law is a way to resolve disputes respectfully without litigation. A Collaborative Divorce is a process for separation and/or divorce where parties work together equitably to resolve their differences without going to court. A Collaborative Divorce requires full disclosure and may involve neutral parties such as a  financial advisor and child specialist/ expert as a part of the resolution process. The parties fully participate in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution with the assistance of their attorneys.

Ms. Wase and Ms. Grace are both fully trained Collaborative Law practitioners and can work with you through the collaborative process. Ms. Wase can assist you in obtaining a collaborative divorce and Ms. Grace has served as a third party neutral for estate planning purposes.
